Meet
Miranda
I didn't start my career in a boardroom. My journey started as a hostess in a restaurant that was managed by my stepfather. This is where I learned how people feel at work determines how well they perform. I've held a number of roles in different industries and fields, from working on an assembly line in a poultry processing plant to warehouse team member, accounting assistant., directory assistance operator and team lead in a high-volume, telecommunications contact center.
Those years weren't a detour - they were a foundation.
Today, I am a Workplace Culture and Employee Experience Strategist who partners with organizations that are ready to move from intention to transformation. With 14+ years of experience in human capital management, and building award-winning employee engagement and DEIB programs, I bring a rare combination of frontline credibility and strategic insight to every engagement.
My work sits at the intersection of three disciplines: strengths psychology, inclusion and belonging, and employee experience design. As a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths® coach, I help individuals and teams understand and activate their natural talents. As an organizational strategist, I partner closely with leadership teams to build the systems, frameworks, and cultures that position those talents to thrive.
I am known for my ability to translate complex human dynamics into clear, actionable strategy. I don't just diagnose what's broken, I help organizations build what's next. Whether I'm advising an executive, facilitating impactful workshop, or delivering a keynote, my approach is always strengths-based, grounded in evidence and people-centered.
I am available for strategic consulting, coaching, team workshops, and speaking engagements.
Why This Work Matters
Culture is often considered an "HR initiative" and relegated to the sidelines of business strategy. I believe culture is the foundation where innovation grows.
Culture is infrastructure and employee experience is your performance multiplier. When we move beyond 'checking boxes' and create true belonging, we unlock a level of collective talent that most companies only dream of.
I have lived the spectrum of the American workforce, and understand the labor of building culture. I've been the employee on the production line and a trusted executive advisor. I believe in this work because the future depends on our ability to close the gap between who we say we are and how our people actually experience us.
