Strengths Alchemist in Chief 

Before I ever stepped into a boardroom, I worked first shift in a poultry processing plant. I've packed boxes in warehouses, responded to customer calls and coached performance and quality in contact centers. For the last 14+ years, I've designed and led transformative culture, employee engagement, and employee experience programs in the global defense industry.

I’ve seen what it takes to move through power structures, build trust across teams, and lead transformation from the inside out. My work is rooted in the belief that strengths aren’t just tools but invitations to lead with authenticity, build cultures that last, and create belonging that doesn’t just feel good - it drives results.
