I've partnered across functions to build culture and engagement strategy for a 7,000+ employee global technology division of an aerospace and defense organization through an 8-subsidiary consolidation, acquisitions and reorganization. I didn't inherit the function I built.

  • Stood up and led the foundational DEI, EEO, and engagement strategy and function for a $3B division.

  • Grew employee engagement from the 40th to the 53rd Gallup percentile across six consecutive cycles.

  • Restructured ERGs from affinity groups into influential drivers of engagement and development, increasing membership 79% in a single year.​
